Guest Comments“You’ve done it again! Great hosts and a very comfortable, well decorated gite. Added bonus … blue skies and sunshine all week…just what we needed to relax and enjoy the pool and garden. Thoroughly recommend having a meal in “La Treille”in the village…superb food and great value.”- Paul and Frances, England September 2009.
“We have been in the Dordogne region quite a few times but this gite is by far the best in terms of location, comfort and cleanliness. The pool is wonderful and the house is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Equipped with everything you could need on holidays. Fantastic weather, active mornings and lazy afternoons by the pool. We would love to come back.” - Ian, Liz and Kate, South Wales. August 2009.
“Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est typique du Périgord et l’aménagement est irreprochable et complet. Nous avons pleinement profité de la piscine. L’endroit est bien situé près des canoes, de Sarlat, des grottes et des chateaux.. Nous remercions Bernadette et Robert pour l’organisation et leur bon accueil ». famille Dhainaut, France July 2009
« We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in “Les Tournesols”. The weather has been perfect.. cool in the morning, warming up during the day with blue skies and clear air. The Périgord is a beautiful region, full of history and charming buildings, great scenery and friendly people. The food has been excellent and we fully recommend “La Plaisance” restaurant in the village.”-Alan and Anne, Canberra, Australia. October 2009.
“Bob and Bernadette made us feel right at home and we’ve loved a relaxing week with everything we could possibly desire..whether it was exploring pre-history, floating downstream in a canoe, or just relaxing pool-side this was a perfect place to have spent our honeymoon. We’ll certainly be returning in the future and will recommend this place to our family and friends” -Mark and Caroline, London. June 2009.For extra photos please click HERE to email us.
